Reinforcement (forsterking), som de brukte som ledelsesmetode på Bertelsmann/Microsoft, er visst del av 'maskin læring'-teorien. (In Norwegian)

PS.

Her ser vi også, at den som det brukes 'reinforcement' på, blir kalt 'an agent'.

Og det var også hva medarbeiderne ble referert til som, på Bertelsmanns Microsoft-aktivering.

Lederne der sa agenten ditt og agenten datt.

Det betydde da altså medarbeideren.

Men det som er tydelig, hvis jeg tolker dette rett, er at folk blir brukt som maskiner, på Microsoft sine produktaktiveringer, drevet av Bertelsmann.

Så kan man spørre seg om hvor denne type behandlingen av mennesker kommer fra.

Dette å behandle folk som maskiner/roboter/dyr.

Er dette Bertelsmann eller Microsoft tankegang?

Begge firmaene er jo uansett innblandet, siden denne skandinaviske produkt-aktiveringen, som jeg jobbet på, jo ble drevet av Bertelsmann på vegne av Microsoft.

Så sånn er det.

Jobbsøking i England: Han nederlenderen som tulla med meg var visst ganske kjent, selv om han visst bare hadde ungdomsskolen. (In Norwegian)

Når man er arbeidsledig i England, så er det viktig å ikke ta alt for seriøst, men man får ta det med litt humor:









PS 2.

Cecilie Hyde, fra Svelvik, som var venninne med søstra mi, da søstra mi flytta inn hos meg, i Leirfaret, på Bergeråsen, den siste halvdelen av skoleåret 1988/89.

Hun, Cecilie Hyde, hun husker jeg sa til søstra mi, at hun kjente noen i Amsterdam, som kunne ordne henne og søstra mi jobb, sånn at dem kunne tjene litt penger, en ukes tid, før de dro videre til Spania, med buss vel, sommeren 1989.

Så kan man spekulere på hva Cecilie Hyde, fra Svelvik, og søstra mi, Pia Ribsskog, fra Larvik og Berger, hva de, (som vel begge bor i Oslo nå), hva de jobba med i Amsterdam, sommeren 1989.

Det kan man lure på.

Bare noe jeg kom på nå.

Er/var også i Heimevernet, (etter at jeg ble overført dit, etter førstegangstjeneste i infanteriet, (og en rep-øvelse i mob-hæren), i forbindelse med omorganiseringer, i Forsvaret, etter den kalde krigen). Blir også utsatt for mye nettmobbing, mm. johncons-blogg, (og mine memoarer og nettbutikk), er kjent fra TV-programmet Tweet4Tweet, i 2012, (selv om jeg måtte klage, for programmet var veldig useriøst/nedlatende, mm.).
