Hi,
I guess you're having fun.
I'm asking how to get in contact with someone at management-level at Blogger or Google,
and you just write a lot of crap.
Then I ask how to get to view the complaint, and you just write some more crap.
But I wont write to you anymore now, I just write this to put it on my blog.
Yours sincerely,
Erik Ribsskog

Thank you for clearing this up. I assumed that you wanted to make a DMCA complaint. However, it now appears that you have had a DMCA complaint made
against you. I'll be happy to assist you as much as I can, but unfortunately I'm unable to provide any legal advice. I recommend that you consult a legal adviser to find out what course of action you should take.
Sincerely,

Hi,
thank you very much for your answer!
I was just wondering, shouldn't I be allowed, to view the DMCA-complaint, before I send a DMCA Counter Notice?
I've recieved a link, for the complaint, but I can't get the link there to work, and Blogger aren't answering the e-mails regarding this.
I'll enclose the e-mail with the link, with this e-mail, just to explain.
Hope this is alright!
Yours sincerely,
Erik Ribsskog

Hello Erik,
We apologize for the mix up. Blogger has been notified, according to the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), that some of your
images allegedly infringe upon the copyrights of others. The URLs of the allegedly infringing images may be found at the end of this message.
The notice that we received, with any personally identifying information
removed, may be found at the following link: http://www.chillingeffects.org/notice.cgi?sID=4463
Please note that it may take several weeks for the notice to be posted on
the above page.
The DMCA is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service provider liability in case of copyright infringement. We are in the process of removing from our servers the images that allegedly
infringe upon the copyrights of others. If we did not do so, we would be subject to a claim of copyright infringement, regardless of its merits. See http://www.educause.edu/Browse/645?PARENT_ID=254 for more information
about the DMCA, and see http://www.google.com/dmca.html for the process that Blogger requires in order to make a DMCA complaint.
Blogger can reinstate these images upon receipt of a counter notification
pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and 3) of the DMCA. For more information about the requirements of a counter notification and a link to a sample counter notification, see http://www.google.com/dmca.html#counter.
Please note that repeated violations to our Terms of Service may result in further remedial action taken against your Blogger account. If you have legal questions about this notification, you should retain your own legal
counsel. If you have any other questions about this notification, please let us know.
Sincerely, The Blogger Team
